Glass Phunnel with MOD

Transparent elegance on the hookah with our Kaya glass phunnel

The transparent hookah bowl by Kaya Shisha consists of two parts. The phunnel itself and a MOD made of glass. This protects the hole in the bowl from clogging. The single-hole bowl holds a good amount of tobacco and, thanks to its special shape, prevents excess molasses from running down the hookah stem.

The phunnel is made of heat-resistant glass. The vent for the heated air to pass through is narrower than the main body of the bowl, with an internal diameter of 12 mm, and is located slightly above the base. This significantly reduces the risk of excess molasses running through the bowl into the hookah.

This tobacco bowl is suitable for use with glass pipes as well as hookahs made of aluminium or stainless steel. It should be noted that the connection area of the bowl is relatively narrow. For this reason, it is recommended to use a thin-walled gasket so that the bowl can be pushed far enough onto the bowl adapter.

Hookah MOD made of glass

The hookah MOD is the small cap made of glass. The MOD is placed over the hole in the hookah bowl. It ensures that the airflow circulates through the tobacco before it is directed to the hookah through the openings in the side of the MOD. In setups with aluminium foil, it prevents the opening in the bowl from being blocked by sucked-in or sagging aluminium foil or from being clogged by tobacco residues.

Manufacturer's instructions:

Do not immerse the heated glass in water for cleaning or place it on a cool surface. There is a risk of glass breakage. Instead, we recommend that you let it cool down in a suitable place, e.g. on a holder for your shisha bowls or on a silicone mat.
